How to Play Splendor (Short & Simple)

• 1. Setup – Place gem tokens, noble tiles, and development cards in 3 rows.

  2. On Your Turn, choose one action:

  Take 3 different gem tokens OR 2 of the same (if available).

  Reserve a card (get a gold token as a joker).

  Buy a card by spending your gems/tokens.

  3. Cards give permanent gem bonuses for future purchases.

  4. Collect cards to earn prestige points (some cards & nobles give points).

• 5. First player to reach 15 prestige points wins the game!
